it was a round of interviews with different folks of the team and altogether a fairly quick process. I enjoyed the process and I did not regret my decision. very pleasant folks!

Pre-interview chat on one day with CEO and CTO, then another day with an actual whiteboard coding interview by two engineers followed by another coding interview with the CTO.

There was a string concatenation question with a nominal requirement to write working code on the whiteboard, but the real emphasis was on talking through the problem.
Applied on line. The fist step is phone screening. Then phone screening was scheduled over email with the CEO. There was no invite sent by the company to schedule. The whole process was very informal.
