Scottish Borders Council interview questions

Interview process involved a formal interview and a practical lesson with a group of S1 pupils. You were given an activity for this. It was no longer than a 30 minute interview and 30 minute lesson.

Interviewed by home care management team. Good and relaxing interview process. Made to feel welcomed by the team. Offered a glass of water and panel all introduced themselves to me. Was given a few scenarios by each team member and they chatted to me in a friendly and jovial manner throughout the whole process.
