Conducted by phone by corporate HR rep. Asked the typical interview questions--past performance, outlook for next 5 years, technical capabilities. Very pleasant interviewer. Went over what they were looking for in the new employee.

A bit long, but they are looking for good culture fits and willingness to learn.
They genuinely care about maintaining a strong culture and care for their employees. One interview with the recruiter, one virtual interview with manager and second in person interview with manager.
