Panel of 2, bad cop, good cop interview. Having been interviewed a few times and been on the other side it was a painful interview. 'Bad cop' interviewer seemed intent on challenging my resume, responses. To be fair I had heard not good things about where the organisation was at the time with redundancies and sacking staff so wasn't keen on staying in the process. They couldn't even be bothered getting in touch to advise of feedback. Had to chase the recruiting manager Juanita and still nothing

Interview
Both interviewers extremely condescending and off putting. I was nervous anyways but their facial expressions and comments made the whole thing worse. Seemed like they wanted someone overly qualified for the job. Days and days of back to back interviews for one position. What a joke. Didn’t even bother to respond back to me
AVOID!!! I have never left a Glassdoor review and never leave negative reviews ever but this has been an awful experience, after I put so much effort in. I asked for a SAR 50 days ago I am yet to receive. I see there is another very negative review for the same role. I can back up what they have said in many respects. There are three parts - a phone call, written task and formal panel interview. I was v surprised not to get the job after what felt like a perfect interview (I have never felt more confident afterwards). They had zero feedback for my interviews and said I perfomed very well. The only tiny feedback was on my written task I completed several weeks earlier that didn't feel fair. Also who is to say that AI was not used by others? SO much more I could say and maybe I will add to this at some point but right now I just want to move on and hope I get the info I asked for as something feels very off. I keep being told they will send it/update me then they don't.

The interview was a long time ago but in the phone interview it's more about an overview of motivations/experience and the panel interview is specific scenarios.
