The interview process was pretty standard. They were a sub-contract company so I interviewed with the prime contract company to determine if I was a good fit. After that interview, I got notice the next day that I was chosen and reported to Scope Group HQ. They had a little office in Arlington and the hiring process was pretty quick and standard; a few signed papers, scanned documents, and I was ready to start. There is only one recruiter at the company and he is really nice. The President is a really nice guy as well with a good heart. He was very helpful the following weeks during the entire hiring process whenever I had additional questions along the way.
