It was a phone screen in late 2016; I spoke with one of the engineers. When I asked about office noise (because I have sound sensitivities, I am autistic), they immediately become quite cold and terminated the call. It's possible they have made strides toward being a more inclusive/less discriminatory workplace, but the experience scarred me, and when I think about whether to disclose to an employer or not, my experience with Scoop is foremost in my mind.
