Interview
I interviewed for a position with Scilligence at the beginning of November. I had two rather time consuming interviews, maybe more - it's been so long, and they asked for my references. They even ran reference checks. I had to follow up with them multiple times. I recognize this occurred during the holidays, but they never gave me the courtesy of telling me whether I was still in consideration. 8 months later I got a notification from Indeed. I shouldn't have to follow up multiple times to find out - I received multiple offers and accepted a new position in about half the time it took them to respond to me. It seemed like a great company, but they need to treat their candidates better.

They asked me to put together a presentation about my career history and challenges throughout my career.
Phone screen, online challenge onsite. it was very straight forward. But they did take a long time to get back to me but they were also very nice about the whole thing.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Scilligence (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Multiple one on one interviews and then a ~3 hour block of group and one on one interviews after a presentation. I got ghosted after the big interview day and had to email the hiring manager for an update a month later, only to find out they decided not to hire for the position after all and they forgot to tell me.
