I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scientific Research Corporation (Nellis AFB, NV) in Jun 2008
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who found my resume posted online. My resume was then forwarded to the software development team. I had a total of 3 phone interviews and was then flown out to meet the team in person. The first phone interview was with the program manager. It was just a standard interview asking about my background and giving information about the position and company. The next 2 phone interviews where with the Prinicipal Engineer and were very technical. The interview with the Pricincipal Engineer was almost like a pop quiz.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scientific Research Corporation (Huntsville, AL) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a short phone screen with a recruiter and then a single on-site interview by some of the technical staff. By the attitudes of people I met, I got the distinct impression they were hemorrhaging talent and desperate to just fill the role as opposed to develop a good long-term employee. This was confirmed when I received a verbal offer the next day and told I had 3 days to respond once the written offer arrived. I said I would need at least a week to consider but the recruiter just asked what salary number he needed to get for me to accept in the timeframe. Needless to say, I heeded the red flags. Two friends and former colleagues of mine went to work here; one left and the other is trying to leave. They work on cool technologies, but it seems like a disorganized work environment with a ton of nepotism in management.
