I have been thoroughly interviewed and also on several interview teams. You must be on your toes at all time. Very conservative company (executive level) but the hiring managers can have a much different personality. They intentionally try to wear you down during the interview, and get you to the point of saying "I don't know." They are looking for you to be honest and forthright. If you try to BS them, someone on the interview team will pick that out and you are done from there.
