I applied online. I interviewed at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (Spokane Valley, Spokane, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I was selected for a phone screening for a Software Engineering role at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. The interview was a straightforward 30-minute call with HR, focusing on behavioral questions. They also asked a few technical questions from a prepared list, covering basic object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and Agile methodologies.
Overall, I found the interview to be simple and felt that it went well. I was told I would receive an update within five business days, but after six business days with no response, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update. Unfortunately, my email was never acknowledged. I finally received a response 15 business days after the interview, informing me that my application had been rejected.
The lack of timely communication was disappointing, It would have been more professional to provide an update within the expected timeframe or at least acknowledge follow-up inquiries rather than leaving candidates in the dark.

Interview
Brought in for leetcode medium questions and some c/c++ conceptual questions nothing crazy it was more to see your problem solving skills and thought process rather than see if you can solve the question.
