First I have a Phone Screening first, then in person I meet with the Director, Customer Supervisor then Account Manager. The phone screening took about 30 minutes and the facial interview took about two to three hours.

It was pretty straight forward interview.. they wanted to see how well you interacted with people. They wanted to make sure you had good follow-thru on closing tickets out.
