My first interview (remote) was about one and a half hours long. You will speak with 4 attorneys, 2 of them likely being partners. The interview will end with a brief wrap-up from the hiring manager where you can ask questions about the process.

questions were not really questions. felt more conversational & very natural with everyone. everyone seemed invested in what you had to say beyond the standard interview spiel. 2 associates, 2 partners iirc

I interviewed with five people for 30 minutes each. They were really nice but it didnt seem to me like they loved theyre jobs. They didn't expect me to have deep knowledge of any practice groups it was mostly just conversational
