I applied online. I interviewed at Schulte Hospitality Group in May 2026
Interview
Applied online, passed first round easily, recruiter very nice, made myself ready for next step, seemingly answered everything flawlessly, then abruptly ended heard back considerably later when job was reposted and I applied again. I currently hold a similar role and amply demonstrated I would be successful with this one.

Question 1
Very flat, non-probing questions, maybe that reflected a lack of interest?
Had an initial interview and was told I’d be moving on to a second. Then—nothing. No follow-up, no closure, just silence. Now I see the role has been reposted.
It’s one thing to be ignored after submitting an application. But to go through a conversation, be told you're advancing, and then get ghosted? That’s not just unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. And honestly, it says a lot about the internal culture.
