Schuber Mitchell Homes interview questions

Very lengthy interview process with 4-5 in-person interviews after a phone interview. In person interviews have four people interviewing you at a time. They are flexible with scheduling these and get back to you promptly.

I had two interviews - one phone and one in person, but they said if I moved forward to expect about 4 or 5 total with different management. They asked a lot of questions about dealing with conflicts from coworkers and how I managed stress. Not a whole lot about my professional abilities or skills. I found that super odd. I think they felt my uneasiness with the continued questioning about how I handle stress and hostility and did not get asked back for a third interview. This is fine because after the in person interview, I would have turned down a third anyways. There is a weird religious undertone to the whole company that made me feel super uncomfortable. So if you are anything other than Christian, I can't imagine this to be a welcoming place. Just the vibe I got from the interview and the "god stuff" all over the walls.
