Schneider Associates interview questions

Had multiple rounds of interviews where I met with various members of the staff leadership over a few weeks. My resume and cover letter were reviewed. Then I was asked to complete a writing test which was timed.

Had a video conference interview with the CEO, who had an issue with her webcam. Instead of offering to reschedule, she continued with the interview during which she could see me on her computer or tab - but I couldn't see her on my end. Tech glitches happen, sure - but she should have rescheduled, not make a candidate go through an hour interview staring at a black video box. Sent two follow-up emails with the CEO about the position - not one response back from her. Rude and inconsiderate, which shows a glimpse of what the culture is like here.
