Schleich interview questions

Kennenlernen erfolgte in sehr angenehmer und entspannter Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Als erstes sollte ich über meinen beruflichen Werdegang erzählen und wieso ich mich für die Stelle interessiere. Während des Gesprächs konnte ich viele Fragen stellen, die mir auch alle beantwortet wurden.

There was no proper structure on the interview. Second interview were delayed for more than 2 weeks. Had to follow up after 1 week, and had to wait for another few days. Small company, small setup, trying to squeeze many things in one position, and doesn't seems to know what they are looking for. Feedback was pretty standard system generated, did not even had the proper job title in the reply, very unprofessional. They could have at least call, it's not like I am going to question their decision. Probably I am lucky did not landed the job , dodge a bullet for sure
