I applied online and got the chance to interview soon afterwards. It was a general interview and later a specific one with the team lead. In general it was a good experience.

Recruitment process was quite comfortable. Management left a good professional impression. I had only 3 interviews in total. Had to wait for the decision more than 1 month though. It was probably cuased by the fact that this was their first time hiring internationally.

Es gab insgesamt 2 Telefoninterviews. Bei beiden Gesprächen wurden man sehr freundlich und wertschätzend behandelt. Alle Termine erfolgten zeitnahe und die Entscheidung wurde schnell getroffen. Auch wurde transparent kommunizier wie man zueinander finden kann (v.a. Gehalt).
