Scarborough Health Network interview questions

Applied online and was contacted for a Zoom interview (about 45 minutes). They ask about your skills, prior experience, and clinical skills. They ask scenario questions like a patient with chest pain, where you identify what the patient is experiencing, what assessments you would do, and how you would treat and manage them. They ask how you would handle multiple patients at once and how you prioritize. The interviewer was very adamant about walking him through your assessments step-by-step in detail. After the interview, HR called me to proceed with references. Weeks went by with no response. When I followed up, I was told the position was on hold. I found this to be very unprofessional. I simply didn’t have to do this interview or bother my clinical instructors and coworkers to be my reference.
