I got a email to do the personality and logic testing after I sent my CV to apply the job. 2 days later, I got an interview invitation, which was only with the HR. After that interview, I was informed to give 2 references contact to HR and she contacted my reference and got feedback from them. Then I got another interview invitation, which was with the line manager, After the interview, the manager contacted me and gave me offer. All processes above are within 2 weeks. So pretty efficient.
