Scandal Italy interview questions

Interview with the Director of Ops and then another interview with the CEO. The interview required a thorough application, but upon arrival, it was clear that neither interviewer had reviewed the application thoughtfully. Overall the office seemed really disorganized and the interview process uncomfortable.

I arrived early for my interview, however team was not available. It almost felt like they forgot I was coming. Owner was extremely rude. Did not look in the eye once during the interview.
