The process takes many stages. each session takes long sometimes. need to follow up. start with admin interview then manager. online interview is an option. preparation is crucial. once moving to last stages it's important to follow up.

Applied through my school and recieved an interview over the phone. After the first round I went to the office and they gave a presentation then had two interviews. Not very challenging and all behavioral. Thought I had much better of an education than the other students but guess not.
