Got a call from the company HR when I posted my resume on Job site.Only round happened on a week day that too face to face.Has to travel 30kms to take up the interview. Initially was told that all the rounds would happen in a single day but later told that they would intimate me later for further rounds which never happened.I had to ask them for my feedback instead of they letting me know.The entire interview process was very poorly managed with lack of coordination between the interviewing panel and the HR.The lack of organisation culture was very evident the moment I entered the campus.Has only one technical discussion with regards to my day to day process.The person interviewing me didnt seem qualified both technically and managerially. Overall experience was bad.
