Interview
The recruitment process is sharp, some might think it's a little long but it's the best way to make sure you hire good people. All along the recruitment process you get informed on the next steps and what's expected of you, there's no blur and you know where you're going. People are nice during this process and you feel comfortable, knowing their expectancy can be a little pressuring but that's what you'd expect from such a company.
