Had a chat with someone in the position to learn about what the company needed and how someone in this role could be most impactful. Followed by a Recruiter Chat, then a Technical Phone Screen, and the On-site. After the on-site, had several follow-up calls that I requested to help get more signal and make the decision.
Pros: Smart people, good interview questions, clear understanding of the role and company goals Cons: Long, uncertain wait time for interview results; my results were drawn out by more than a month

There's a Phone Screen first Then a First round interview with 2, back to back, 30-minute interviews - 1 case - 1 behavioral Then they ghost you, incredibly unprofessional filling out the word limit
