I had an interview with Leon Gregori. He asked very specific questions about the solutions and architecture designs I implemented at my company. For example, he asked, "How do you test SCP through automated testing?" and "What do you think the perfect Landing Zone needs?"
They are definitely doing interviews just to gather ideas on how other companies operate — it's like getting free consulting from experts. Don't bother interviewing with them, as they will reject you, as they did with me.
The rejection email contained no feedback. I asked three times for feedback after HR declined, and then they called me on the phone and read out exactly what was in my rejection email. The HR representative's name was Anna Zajac.
I asked her why I was rejected and which attribute I lacked. The answer was, "I don't know. I'm not very close to the team you interviewed with."
So what exactly are you looking for in an ideal candidate?
'I'm sorry, but we don't have a list that we can share.'
They are getting free consulting just by doing interviews. Don't bother with them as it will lead to rejection.
