2 stage interview process - including a presentation on key brands and how you would activate them. Competency based questions with the Sales Director.
It went very well on the day, and after some back and forth on email, I never heard anything back in terms of an offer, or feedback that I was unsuccessful. I wouldn’t usually mind, but I was told I would have something sent over, and nothing - despite spending money on travel to the office, it’s the least they could give me. Speaking to others in the industry, the same has happened with them for the same roles in the UK - I would ask for travel to be paid or decline an interview.
