The firm hires approximately 3 interns in 3 month for different practices for a period of 3 month. Usually One of them continues to work as an junior associate. The process of hiring includes legal English translation - 10-20 sequences of memoranda, basic legislation, contracts, articles complited by HR or Junior Associates and 2two interviews - 1st - with HR and 2nd - with Counsel/Partner. Social activity of applicant is a benefit but not a defining criterion.
