I had scheduled an interview with the Director of Business Reporting, and she expected me to call her which is extremely odd for an interview but okay. At one point she asks if I have a Salesforce Admin certification to which I reply no but I have work experience using Salesforce per the job requirements and she goes off ranting that I am unqualified and I'm wasting her time since I don't have a Salesforce administrator certification despite this requirement being nowhere in the job description. Simply put I would not work for her or this company if they cannot even get job descriptions right.

Question 1
Do you have a Salesforce administrator certification?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Saybrus Partners in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was standard. I met with someone in upper management and had conducted an interview with her that lasted roughly 30 minutes. She didn’t grill me on questions or try to trip me up and I felt comfortable compared to other interviews I had done. After the interview they sent me an acceptance letter and I had to then pass a drug test and that was it.
