I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SayGames in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied to unity developer position in October 2024. Initial interview was nice, recruiter seemed nice and understanding. That until I had a technical interview. If she told you a feedback deadline - feel free to add days / weeks to it. She never get back to me with a feedback until I asked for it and even then I had to wait for days to even get a reply. A reply of them asking to wait for a few more days. Technical interview overall was ok but the reason for rejection - lack of experience on exact part of their game - is weird for me, as they state that company want to move from hypercasual to casual games but looking for a people with the exact same experience that they have, even tho I had years of record on successful casual games.
Recruiter also proposed to try to interview for a completely different position (technical artist). I agreed but they never get back to me and I stopped asking because I just got tired and realized that it's going to be my day-to-day life if I work for them, just constantly asking for a feedback.
Bad experience, I don't recommend to apply to any or their positions at all, it's just a waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SayGames in Jul 2024
Interview
Very nice HR - friendly and understanding. The screening interview went perfectly. But team members acted cruelly to my proactivity (creating a doc explaining all my decisions since I've never done assets for playables): they said that instead of making this doc, I should have done a better job. While pointing out my mistakes this way, the playable ads team (marketing) didn't know how the appmagic works.

Interview
response on LinkedIn, useless communication where they tell you about the advantages of the job, a test task and attempts to get at least some feedback which u will never get
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was given a test task that was done for a week, but was not even checked, and they also made me look like an idiot. I was told that EVERYTHING was wrong there, but when I tried to find out the specific problems, I was denied.
