Say What interview questions

I was emailed about my interest by the senior designer. She gave me an overview of what she was looking for. I responded and said that I was interested with my resume attached, and then we set up an in person interview via email.

Waited a while to be seen, walked through a very disorganized loud showroom to conference room and was nearly belittled with my work. Oddly enough I was still offered the position for well below standard pay.
