It was rather simple and took about 2 weeks. I was first contacted by a recruiter who saw me on LinkedIn. After talking with her, I was set up to talk with the hr manager at Savory. There was a phone interview and then was invited to meet with the hiring manager, hr and other employees for culture fit. The last round was meeting with the CEO. A large part of the process was seeing if I would be a cultural fit.

Prepare for a very long interview ( almost 2 hours!). You will meet with most of upper management team including owners. Although the thought of this may seem nerve-racking, everyone on the team is incredibly laid back and easy going so the process is enjoyable. Just be yourself and show a sense of humor and you should do fine. Very casual work environment. If you tend to enjoy corporate world or a lot of structure this is not the place for you. Don't overdress for the interview. A suit is waaaaay overboard.
