I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Savers (Draper, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
horrible! stuffed in a shoebox with no air ....Cement walls....no windows....I am already feeling queezy thinking about it! The manager told me to come at 7:00 am to the store and when I got there...on time....I was locked out and stood by the store window for 30 minutes until someone saw me. Chaos when they let me in and took me to the back where no one looked awake or had slept in weeks. It was unprofessional and my fault for even accepting the job but at the time I thought I would be able to move up.

Question 1
"what would you do if you saw your coworker stealing?"
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Savers (Cedar Park, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
Interviews were fine but the length of time between interviews was too long. They were unorganized and many people would write them off if they took as long as they did between interviews. They didn't call me back after my second interview. I had to call them. Then after a month they call me back for a third interview. Three weeks later I got an e/mail saying they went with someone else. That was all. No explanation.

Question 1
The most unexpected question was would I consider a lesser position. I thought that rather insulting and they wouldn't say why they wanted me to take a lesser position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Savers in Aug 2011
Interview
interview was detailed, 2 interviews before job offer, questions was very detailed and kept digging to insure answers were on point. Managers interviewing was very interested in fit more than experience
