I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Savers
Interview
All applications and initial screening is done on-line. Canned profiling and job-fit evaluation through PEOPLE-ANSWERS. Most interviewing managers use a pre-printed interview guide with the standard "tell me about a time when..." questions.
DM does all management interviewing and hiring - Store Manager is a pre-screen only. Most new hires brought in at RSM or PM job level after 13 weeks training.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Savers (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Two part interview. Fairly standard corporate interview. Friendly people that made me laugh. Took around two weeks to get offer. Training was around 2.5 years, much longer than anticipated. Overall a good experience.

Question 1
Looking back, What is something I would have done differently in my last position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Savers (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Well done. The interview is structured and behavioral based. There is a minimum of 2 interviews. Before the interview there is an online assessment. The interviews stick to their structure and make you feel at ease during the process. The online application process however is not user friendly. This causes delays and some applicants give up.

I was told I will get a call sometime next week. The district manager seems nice
