Such a wonderful interview process! I interviewed for a Lead Associate, Federal Domestic Policy role in June. It was about four weeks in total and I had two interviews: one with the hiring manger and a panel interview. Though I didn’t get the offer, I enjoyed getting to know the team and learn more about Save’s domestic federal footprint!

Describe your strengths and weaknesses. What kind of support would you need to improve in your weak areas?
Phone interview then small panel. Questions were straight forward and the interviewers were nice. HR was in constant contact thoughout the process. I declined due to pay and the overall climate of the industry to due political situations
