Preliminary Interview in nearest Metro in India, final Interview in Mumbai. All air- travel expenses for attending the interview reimbursed.They screened the candidates in Chennai and then later called the candidates to report for the final interview at Mumbai. In Mumbai it was all the Senior most Managers of all the Departments/ Trades of SBG who screen the candidates.

Excellent schedule of conducting interviews, reimbursement of travel expenditures for the interview whether the candidate is selected or not, excellent grooming after selection, proper placement as per the experience, they value the actual knowledge and not go blindly with the educational qualification, excellent induction module.
