Interview
After resume screening you will go directly into AC. The AC is basically a group discussion. If you pass the AC, on-site interview will be arranged immediately. If you did not pass, you will also tell you the results immediately and you can leave. That is a good point actually.

first - group with about 5 people. case study. go down the line sort of answering. 3 HR people evaluating (1 head, 2 exec . i think)
second - with hiring manager n an assistant of that hiring manager
