      Structural Designer Interview

      5 May 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Very good group of people to work with and for. Overtime paid to both exempt and non-exempt position. Stressful from time to time but deliverables are deliverables, and the work needs to be return to the client on time. The draw back are the field assignments, kind of mandatory. Very few clients, due the nature of the work, are located in decent, urban places... Or even close to.
