I was interviewed by one of the head doctors there and her mother, who is also one of the primary doctors there. She was very polite and friendly and asked me what clinical experience I had, why they should hire me. She also asked me to describe how I would treat a patient with low back pain, step-by-step including diagnosis and the points I would use and the physical exams I would perform.
