Sarah Hall Productions interview questions

My experience was not positive. During my interview, the environment felt unwelcoming and off-putting. Sarah herself came across as unapproachable, and the overall interaction felt one-sided. I was rarely given the opportunity to speak, and instead, I was talked at for most of the conversation, which made it difficult to express my background or ask meaningful questions. The dynamic felt unusual and somewhat dismissive, leaving me with concerns about what working here might be like. While every workplace has its own style, this one did not align with what I look for in professionalism, respect, or mutual dialogue. It seems to me that many of the positive reviews aren't genuine. Be cautious! I hope this feedback is helpful to others considering opportunities here.

Applied online and received an email for a phone interview 2-3 weeks after. It was an awful experience as the interviewer did not give me a chance to speak. Only two questions were asked. Also, there was an obvious bias about me being a person of color. Prior social work catered for people of color and it was obvious the interviewer was into that. If you read the honest reviews from glassdoor, it is obvious the company is horrible in other ways.
