Extremely weird vibe and I'd recommend not entertaining this company. I've read the previous reviews and it's extremely similar to my own experiences. Iterview involved preparing a marketing plan on how to market their company better. I spent a considerable amount of time researching their website and online platforms to find ways in which the company could improve. I created a multi page presentation with all my recommendations. I knew not to link any sources or programs I used to evaluate their marketing strategy. I made it vague as so they wouldn't be able to immediately implement the ideas I had. Once in I did an outdated personality test which was extremely vague. I then presnted my ideas to 2 of the management team for about 30mins. After which I was joined by the CEO who spent most of the time talking about her ideas and thoughts about the company. I asked about the turnover rate and they mentioned it wasn't so good lately. I felt the feedback from the interview was positive and was expecting to hear a definitive decision within a few days. I followed up through email and they asked for my presentation again. I sent it to them and they never responded.Essentially I spent 1 hour at an interview giving them my consultancy services at no cost to them. Avoid at all costs.
