I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sapiens (Bengaluru) in Mar 2018
Interview
1. First round - Online Test(Java, hibernate, SQL, ..)
2. Technical F2F
After completing online test they asked me to wait for 15 min. After waiting for 15 min I went through a F2F round.
Technical panel was looking very experience and knowledge person and he asked me all 10 to 15 min only about the project architecture. Still not able to find out what was the problem with my explanation, he was keep on asking the same project architecture and the area where I have worked. Even I explain everything, he asked me to "leave for the(everyone knows the meaning) HR will contact you".
He didn't even ask me a single question from technical side and didn't even tell me what was the problem with my explanation.
Very BAD EXPERIENCE.
