It takes around a month. I interviewed with HR co-ordinator, followed by controller, followed by another HR and then VP of finance.
Standard questions for accounting asked. The controller discussed skills and then HR interviews are typical "Biggest achievement, biggest fear, etc" . The surprise was vp of finance who was located in Israel and cancelled my interviews twice (no notice, made me wait). Finally, when he showed up, no apologies for wasting my time(work hours) twice. Kept focussing on why I wanted to leave my new job which I explained did not suit me well. He was shocked to see I left company in 4 years which might looked weird to me since it was a company with 3 people staff and I left as there was no insurance provided but apparently that did not go well with the VP likely.
They never called me to show the office or workplace tour and all interviews were on Skype or outside company.
overall a negative experience and to me looks like, the decision is based on perspective of people not entirely familiar with job market of united states instead of future coworkers or the reporting manager/controller.
