Interview
Very short Online Assessment, and if successful, they reply quite quickly with a Teams call with a recruiter from Spain, despite being a graduate program in the UK. If successful, move on to a group-based and individual-task interview, followed by a final round with the hiring manager.

Tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked as part of a team, etc. All behaviour/motivational with a market awareness question or two. Group task focused on deciding how to allocate resources to a new product for Santander's retail arm. The individual task was to create a quick presentation about yourself (roughly 10-15 minutes to prepare a slide and present)
