I passed the online assessments, passed the numerical tests and got to the stage of the telephone interview. At this point I have received a-lot of emails from them stating how full up they are and straight up they responded that already too many other students applied and they are more than full. " A change at this stage is very low". Nether the less they did perform the telephone interview with me. The interview was supposed to last 40 mins but they called me 15 mins late and the process took 55 mins. There were a-lot of questions asked from " Why Santander" , to "Customer management" and finally to "Team-working". The interviewer was in a very loud and busy office I could hear loud shouting from co-workers and staff. He was typing very slowly and most of the time asked me to slow down. To me the whole process seemed to be very un-professional, the interviewer was un-organised and at the end of the conversation he stated that again " The job chances are very low but we wish you luck". I got and email back after a good 4 days and they said that I have failed the process due to " The high demand of this position was reached, we do not base this on your personal skills or qualifications but wish you luck in the future". For me this was a waste of time, but I will still post some of the questions he asked: (please note, some of these are not concrete so you can get different ones depending on the role).
