      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Santander (Milton Keynes, England) in Jun 2020

      Interview

I originally applied at the start of the year for a May start but co-vid delays meant I finally started in October. The first task involved skills tests and personality test. These included playing some online games and then a ranking statements activity. The next phase was answering some questions to camera that were recorded and then reviewed by the recruitment team. If you progress further there is an assessment day. Due to lockdowns this was held online and split into three parts. 1/ A group exercise, where your interactions with each other are observed as well as your success with the task 2/ A 15 minute presentation that had to be prepared in advance on a topic selected by the bank followed by 15 minutes questioning around your presentation and finally 3/ a 1-2-1 interview with a member of the HR team

      Question 1

Which piece of technology do you think is going to be important and how will it change?
