Good orientation. Good training. They have been able to make fast decision. I have spent two weeks before training in a branch to Shadow another banker in order to better understand the needs

Interview
The interview was simple and straight forward. Did not feel it was challenging enough. However, it seemed it is a good atmosphere to work in. I can see the people who worked there enjoy the company.
it was ok. The company is great. Please take notice. It was an amazing opportunity. People are great. Very supportive. Very nice. People need to tread carefully. Please negotiate. Be careful. Very rude.
