Online tests followed by telephone interview and assessment day. telephone interview and face to face interview on the day were very similar. Also a role play assessment which is used to show empathy and tone. Very straight forward process with accommodating managers through the process.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
Video interview where you’ll be asked a series of questions. The process isn’t too haunting but very well to prepare in advance to ensure you can answer properly
