Santa Rosa County School District interview questions

I've interviewed for three teaching positions here. One in-person interview with the principal, another for a different position with an AP, and another with a principal and an AP. I am highly qualified with great student data, and they couldn't do better than offering me a part-time position.

I was asked a series of questions related to the job responsibilities as the paraprofessional for the specific classroom I was to be put in: questions about my experience and how I would handle theoretical situations.
