Two rounds of interview, one with hiring manager, another one with management. It is onsite face to face interview. Shared office at Duo Tower, good location, nice office place, good view. Surrounding has many places to eat lunch.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Sanrio (Singapore) in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview was relatively easy, HR and sales manager interviewed, asking about strength and weakness, and experiences on previous job. Also asked about my personality, nothing technical. Interview lasted for about 40 minutes, and felt more like getting to know you rather than testing your knowledge.
Smooth, not that difficult, asking mostly focusing on the events that the company recently organised and published the hr was nice and friendly to me and the questions are based on the cv
