I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanovi (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was scheduled through consulting firm and a face to face interview. It was scheduled at 9.30 but nobody was there except security. Close to 11AM people started coming. I was communicated that, it will be f2f, but they asked me take written test. As I have waited for long time, I had no option. After the written test, panel was not available for f2f, after a lot of argument with HR, she arranged for 2 f2f with different levels of people. After few days I was called for one more round with Director, Head, CEO etc. Totally, I have undergone close to 10 rounds of discussion with people of different levels (includes f2f, telephone discussion, skype etc.).

There was 1 written and 2 technical f2f round. Most of the questions were from design patterns and multi-threading. 2 problem from DS and algorithm concepts. 2nd f2f round was mainly focused on designing and implementation skill. To crack their interview you must have good exposure to design patterns and multi-threading. Overall a positive experience.
